Therese Larsen

Consultant, Sweden and Finland

Therese Larsen is a consultant in the Challenging Learning Scandinavian team and is responsible for the effective delivery of our CLP projects in Sweden and Finland. She brings a rich and varied range of approaches to her work, including school visits, learning walks, staff workshops, school leadership support and coaching. She is passionate about working with a municipality’s leaders to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals for the benefit of schools and their students.

Therese has extensive experience of development and quality work in pre-schools, schools and colleges in Sweden. She uses this experience to support staff and leaders to build a culture of learning that enhances the progress of all students. She also provides systematic support to the administration of schools in a systematic way, so they can track progress both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Therese’s energy and enthusiasm for Challenging Learning’s teaching and learning approaches, and particularly the Challenging Learning Process, is clear. This is demonstrated through her presentations and is visible in the reactions and responses of the learners.
